Rigidized® Metals’ engineered metal surfaces are created by a unique process, which enhances the durability and beauty of flat metals. Unlike media blasting methods that can release hazardous particulate into the air, the cold rolling process used to produce our bright, medium, and dull bead blast finishes, does not. The texturing process can be applied to ALL metals*. Representations of pattern samples shown may vary slightly from actual product specifications, pattern sizes, and/or colors. Pattern depth varies with gauge.

*InvariMatte® Walnut is available in ATI 2205 alloy. Please also note that, on the InvariMatte® Walnut, there will be (2) hanger holes about ¼” in from the edge on the lateral side. This cannot be avoided and should be considered in your design. We are also limited to 96″ length due to the size of the anodizing tank. Width and length may ultimately be limited by substrate size restrictions. Additionally, due to its anodic colorized surface, InvariMatte® Walnut ships with a lot of variability from sheet to sheet. The product ranges from blackish brown to brownish black.
